Et tu, Brute?

This is a poster I made for an art competition we hosted at the cre8tive wearehouse. So, here is the idea. We all have people that we aspire to, check out my Storm Thorgerson layout for an example. Well, to become a design superhero, we must kill the one that we aspire to...in a metaphorical sense.

So we hosted a design competition in October of 2008 that asked artists commit a little paper murder. This was the poster to promote the competition. It does not represent a superhero, but the comic book essence of a superhero. I threw in a little Captain America reference, because he is the lamest comic book character to me.
